Rougemont Neighborhood Association

The Rougemont neighborhood association exists to promote a vibrant community and maintain and improve the property value of Rougemont homeowners.  This is accomplished by planning events for neighbors, maintaining grounds of common areas, paying utility bills (lights, water, etc.), collecting dues and other administrative functions.  Though annual dues are key to the sustainability of the neighborhood, they are not legally required under the current Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs).  While dues are not required, the CCRs are legally binding.
